Two Builders. One House.
Maison Zintrise Altovise was built by two entrepreneurs who had each spent over a decade building independent track records before their paths converged.
One founder began building businesses at 23, founding a technology and media education company that served thousands of individuals and earned national recognition. A subsequent decade in Fortune 500 enterprise sales was followed by the founding of a fashion house in 2013, and then a multi-year consulting practice working with over a dozen businesses across fashion, retail, hospitality, and the arts, producing fashion industry events across five major U.S. cities, and co-founding a creative business center housing ten companies.
The other founder built a parallel career in media and education, serving as president of a national journalism association, teaching at the university level, and building a media career across the region's most established publications, before founding a digital strategy and communications company.
They met in 2019 in Nashville, working independently with several of the same businesses. After reconnecting in 2022, they wrote their first joint proposal together. They did not win that client, but they found something more valuable: the clarity that their separate practices made more sense as one unified house.
In 2024, a business trip to Paris brought direct engagement with leadership at organizations including LVMH, Veja, The Woolmark Company, and The Fashion Pact, establishing the international relationships and credibility on which the Maison's global positioning is built. That same year, Maison Zintrise Altovise, LLC was formally founded.

"The Luxurious Life is not a destination. It is the standard you build until excellence becomes effortless."

GLOBAL LUXURY DESIGN STRATEGIST
Zintrise Altovise Luntz is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Maison Zintrise Altovise, a multidisciplinary advisory and design firm helping founders, executives, and organizations build businesses, brands, environments, and legacies through a higher standard of leadership, strategy, and design.
With more than two decades of experience spanning enterprise sales, executive consulting, brand development, fashion, interior design, and organizational leadership, she has built a career around one defining principle:
See what something can become—and build the structure to get it there.
Born and raised in Houma, Louisiana, Zintrise's entrepreneurial journey began long before her first company. Her creative instincts led her into music, fashion design, interior design, and public speaking at an early age, establishing a lifelong passion for building ideas that create lasting impact.
Rather than accepting a full honors scholarship in computer engineering, she chose to build her first business instead.
At twenty-three, she founded Masterbuilders Community Center, a nonprofit technology and media education organization that served more than 5,000 individuals throughout Louisiana. Her work earned the United States Congressional Recognition for Community Service and established the leadership philosophy that continues to define her work today.
Seeking to expand her leadership experience, she relocated to Nashville and spent nearly a decade in Fortune 500 enterprise sales with Dell Technologies and AT&T. There, she developed expertise in executive sales, organizational strategy, and business development, earning recognition including a Top 3% Global Sales Ranking and Dell's Number One Customer Service Award.
Following a personal battle with ovarian cancer and the loss of her father, Zintrise redefined not only how she wanted to live, but how she wanted to lead. That season became the foundation for The Maison Standard—the philosophy that personal excellence shapes professional excellence, and that lasting success is built through intentional leadership, disciplined strategy, thoughtful design, and uncompromising standards.
In 2013, she founded her namesake fashion house, Zintrise Altovise. Within three years, her collections had appeared at New York Fashion Week and received invitations to international showcases throughout North America, Europe, Africa, and the Caribbean. In 2015, she launched her signature footwear collection, handcrafted in Italy, expanding what would eventually become Maison Zintrise Altovise's bespoke design portfolio.
Beginning in 2016, what started as helping a single luxury retailer strengthen operations evolved into an executive consulting practice serving organizations across fashion, retail, hospitality, nonprofit organizations, healthcare, and the arts. Her work helped founders improve operations, strengthen customer experience, increase revenue, and position their businesses for sustainable growth. This work ultimately became the foundation of The Maison Blueprint™.
Her leadership has also included serving as Fractional Creative Director for the national fashion organization WALK, producing fashion experiences across five U.S. cities, and co-founding Full Circle Creative Entrepreneur Center, a collaborative business hub supporting entrepreneurs across multiple creative industries.
Today, through Maison Zintrise Altovise, she advises founders, executives, organizations, and institutions on business strategy, executive leadership, organizational development, creative direction, and design. Her international work includes executive meetings in Paris with leaders from LVMH, VEJA, and The Fashion Pact, speaking at the Fueld Conference in Dubai, and receiving the Trendsetters to Watch Award in 2025, followed by the CEO & Executive Leadership Global Excellence in Leadership Award in Hong Kong in 2026.
Jason Luntz
MEDIA STRATEGIST · EDUCATOR · COMMUNITY ARCHITECT
Jason Luntz is a media strategist, educator, published author, and community leader whose career has been defined by a single conviction: that the power to tell your story is the power to shape your future.
His career began in 2008, writing online for various blogs — an early entry point into digital media that led him to Full Sail University, where he earned a Master of Arts in New Media Journalism, building on a Bachelor of Science in New Age Media. He soon recognized that the same tools he used to tell stories could help others build their presence online — a realization that became the foundation of UrVoyce, the company he founded to give small businesses and nonprofits the same digital marketing capabilities as their largest competitors.
His media career includes building and launching the social media platform for the Tennessee Tribune, an African American newspaper, and later becoming Publisher and Co-Owner of the Nashville Voice, an online newspaper focused on local Nashville news.
For six years, Jason served as President of the Nashville chapter of the National Association of Black Journalists, stepping down from the role in 2025. He is also a proud member of Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated.
A dedicated educator, Jason served as Adjunct Professor in the Communications Department at Tennessee State University, where he created a course on creative entrepreneurship that has become a genuine blueprint for many of his former students now operating their own successful businesses. He has also worked closely with nonprofits like Corner to Corner as a facilitator, teaching business education within the community.
His work has been recognized locally and nationally — named to Nashville's Black 40 Under 40 in 2014 and recognized as a Black Chamber of Commerce Rising Star in 2017. In 2020, he served as state communications director for a national presidential campaign, bringing his media strategy expertise to one of the highest levels of political communications.
In 2023, Jason published his first book, The Media Mentorship: Mastering the Art of Media and News Coverage — a guide reflecting his expertise and his commitment to mentorship within the media industry.
Jason remains a sought-after speaker on social media and online branding, regularly engaging audiences throughout Middle Tennessee. At Maison Zintrise Altovise, he leads the Maison's media and digital ecosystem through UrVoyce — delivering premium website design, social media management, press strategy, and brand communications to clients.

"Your story is your most valuable asset. How it is told determines everything that follows."
